Description

 One of the most spectacular of all the hybrid Lilacs, and the only one  with picoteed flowers. Two-toned, each bloom is single-flowered, with wide-open petals of deep maroon and a wide, crisp edge of pure white! A silvery sheen seems to overlay the entire bloom truss. Reaches 8 to 15 feet high and 6 to 12 feet wide. Space the shrubs about 10 feet apart in sunny, well-drained soil, and feed with a top-dressing of composted manure each year to keep the blooms full and the season long. Zones 3-7."
