Description

 Bronzy-burgundy foliage with buttery blooms of golden-orange.

As soon as the summer weather arrives, so do big clusters of blooms on tall, thick stems in the center of the plant. Unfurling like Hibiscus flowers, these blooms are 4 to 5 inches wide, with a dark orange center and beautiful form.

Grows to 30 inches tall and about 18 to 24 inches wide, with a compact habit and full-size blooms. Hardy only in zones 7-10, they are easily grown everywhere else in containers

They prefer loose, rich soil, they also fare happily in heavy clay or dry soils if given plenty of water during dry spells. Space plants about 18 inches apart.
