Description

 In early summer, profuse white blooms erupt in large, rounded clusters all over this plant. Wonderfully fragrant, from a distance they look like snowfall, so complete is their coverage of every branch on the tree! Deep green foliage remains all summer and fall, and when it finally drops, a stunning patterned bark of gray-toned brown is revealed.

 A slow grower, it eventually reaches full splendor at 15 to 20 feet tall and 20 to 30 feet wide.  Tree thrives in full sun to light shade. Hardy in zones 5-8.
