NATIONAL TV SHOW PRESENTS FREE LANDSCAPE MAKEOVER TO Pioneer Living History Village   
Changing Lives One Home at a Time

Phoenix,AZ – The Carefree Gardener is a national television show featuring landscape architect Craig Allison.  With over 35 years of experience and thousands of high-end projects to his credit, Craig is truly giving back. 


On April 12th  13th and 14th  Craig Allison The Carefree Gardener will transform an 1860’s  Victorian house located in the museum. This transformation will include period gardens and demonstrations with tools of the 1860’s. Most crew and volunteers will be dressed in period clothing.   

“The Carefree Gardener is about more than improving one yard,” explains host Craig Allison.  “It’s about getting neighbors involved and beautifying the community.  We’re changing lives, one home at a time.”

About Craig Allison

Craig Allison is one of the Southwest’s most respected landscape architects.  Three decades of experience led to regular segments on Arizona TV shows.  The DIY network called on Craig to serve as landscape architect for Garden Sense.  Craig’s TV show, The Carefree Gardener:  With a Little Help From Our Friends aired weekly in Phoenix before going national.  He hosted a weekly radio show and had a syndicated newspaper column that appeared in several Southwest papers.
